By “Data” it is meant your common personal information (such as name, date of birth, email address) that will be mandatory when you make a purchase and payment for products and/or services from the Company, and/or when you enroll in the loyalty program. Additionally, your phone number may be optionally requested. If you make a purchase with home delivery, you will also be asked to provide your physical delivery address. During registration and the creation of a personal account, you will be required to enter a username and password, which will serve as your authentication and access credentials for your account. Moreover, the term “Data” includes navigation data: this category encompasses the source IP address, URL address, the “agent” type (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari), and access time. These pieces of information, acquired by the computer systems and software procedures in charge of the website's operation during their normal activities, are not collected to be associated with identified individuals but, through processing and associations with data held by third parties, could potentially allow user identification.

To start with, your very fist level will be determined 30 days after your very first purchase. This will give you enough time to accumulate points and reach a higher level to unlock exciting rewards. Then a year after your anniversary date (set by the date of your first purchase) we will evaluate the number of points you've accumulated over the past year and, depending on the result, we'll move you to the corresponding level. There are 3 possible situations then: 1/ You have maintained your level by collecting enough points, in which case you keep your rewards for another year. 2/ Unfortunately, you have been unable to maintain your level and have been demoted to a lower level. In this case, you lose the benefits of your previous level but gain those of your new level for one year. 3/ You have moved up to the next level, in which case you lose the benefits of your previous level but gain those of your new level for one year.

The anniversary date of your programme is determined by the date of your first purchase. If your first purchase was made on the 20th March 2023, the anniversary date will be 20th March of each year. It is on this date that we will evaluate the number of points you have accumulated during the year and see if you can move up to a higher level.

Let's take the following example: You are at the Stylish level and have accumulated 70 points in your loyalty account over the past year. On the anniversary date of your programme, you will automatically move up to the Creative level, which requires 51 points. Your remaining credit will therefore be 70 - 51 = 19 points. This means that you will need to collect a minimum of 32 points in addition of your remaining 19 the following years to remain at your level (or more to reach the Creative level).

The benefits of your level are available for 12 months from your anniversary date, which is defined by the date of your very first purchase. You can only move up to the next level on your anniversary date, which is defined by the date of your first purchase. Only then do we take stock of the number of points collected over the past year and determine whether you are eligible for the next level.

Points are generally credited immediately after purchase, but delays may occur. In this case, please be patient and report any points not awarded to us within 3 days!

When you return products or services purchased in shop or online, the points awarded for those items will be deducted from your points balance.

Your purchase may not reflect immediately in your points balance. First check that your order is listed within  "My purchases" in the My Account area. If it is still not showing up in this list after 3 working days, please contact our Customer Care by clicking here.

You have plenty of time to redeem your rewards! They are valid 12 months after they are unlocked. For example: if you reach a new level and unlock rewards on the 25th of November, you have until the 24th of November the next year to reclaim them.

From there you can also activate your rewards, check the number of points you need to move up to the next level and discover all the gifts we have prepared for you!
